Accommodation
ATCWA does not provide accommodation directly, and is under no obligation to arrange it on your behalf. If you don’t have friends or family who can help you find somewhere to stay, you’re welcome to contact the agencies below.
Please note that ATCWA has no formal association with these organisations and takes no responsibility for arrangements made through them. However, if you’ve applied for accommodation through one of these agencies and would like us to check in on your progress on your behalf, let us know and we’re happy to make contact (with your authorisation).
We recommend reviewing each provider’s FAQ page for full details before getting in touch. As a general guide, accommodation typically costs around $220–$300 per week, though this varies by provider, location and arrangement.
Australian Homestay Network (AHN)
AHN gives international students the opportunity to stay with a specially trained homestay host — a local family or individual providing a safe, welcoming introduction to living and studying in Perth. Hosts provide a clean, furnished bedroom with a bed, desk, wardrobe, chair and study lamp. If you nominate ATCWA as your education provider on your AHN application, we can track the progress of your accommodation arrangements.
