The Education Agent Training Course is an online course supported by Australian Education International (AEI) and the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP). The course provides Education Agents with information about the Australian education system and Australia as a study destination, education quality assurance issues and the Australian visa regulation system.

Agents who wish to have their extensive knowledge recognised can take a formal test. Agents successfully passing the test become Qualified Education Agent Counsellors. ATCWA encourages that College’s preferred Education Agents complete this test.
