Introduction:
With the rapid growth of the business industry all over the world, enhancing the effectiveness of human resources through managing organisational learning functions are to be more involved and productive thus, this qualification applies to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. With the successful completion of this qualification, you will have developed skills and knowledge to work as a senior manager or an executive manager who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Throughout the course, you will develop skills to generate and evaluate complex ideas to be able to analyse organisational systems and practices, plan and implement strategic transformation, lead research activities and other tasks related to organisational capacity building. You will also initiate, design, and execute major learning and development functions within your organisation with full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.
Course Duration:
You will complete this course within 104 weeks which inclusive of;
- 80 Weeks of delivery &
- 24 weeks of Holidays/Term breaks
Weekly Delivery Schedule:
- 2 Days: Face-to-Face in class
- 5 hours of E-learning
Entry Requirements:
You will be able to enrol in this qualification if you can demonstrate the following.
- Be 18 years of age or above
- Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the Business Services Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions) OR
- Have successfully completed a Bachelor Degree in any discipline on-shore or off-shore
- Have achieved one of the following English language requirements.
- IELTS Test Score of 5.5; OR
- TOEFL (iBT) Test Score of 46; OR
- PTE Academic Test Score of 42; OR
- Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) Test Score of 47; OR
- OET Pass Grade; OR
- TOEFL (PBT) Test Score of 527 (only if IELTS is not available); OR
- Currently studying in Australia and have studied for a period of 6 months or more at AQF Certificate IV level or above.
