ATCWA ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
ATCWA Enrolment Procedure
Before applying, please make sure you’ve reviewed the course details for your chosen program on our website, including entry requirements and fees. Once you’re ready, enrolling with ATCWA follows four steps.
Submit a completed Enrolment Application Form, either directly or through your registered education agent, along with your supporting documents. This generally includes:
– A certified copy of your passport (photo page)
– Certified copies of academic transcripts and qualifications
– Evidence of English language proficiency (e.g. IELTS, PTE, or equivalent), where required for your course
– Evidence of relevant work experience, where applicable to your chosen qualification
You can download the current Enrolment Form from https://atc.wa.edu.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/Enrolment-Form-V18.0-Dec-2025.pdf and check current course start dates on https://atc.wa.edu.au/intake-dates/ before applying.
Once we receive your application, ATCWA’s admissions team will assess it against the entry requirements for your chosen course. If your application is successful, we’ll issue you a Letter of Offer, along with a written agreement setting out your course details, tuition and non-tuition fees, and our refund policy in line with our obligations under the ESOS Act and National Code. Please read this agreement carefully and keep a copy for your records; you can find more detail on your rights under this framework on https://atc.wa.edu.au/esos-act-framework-2/
Current fees and charges are available on https://atc.wa.edu.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/Fees-Charges.pdf
To accept your offer, you’ll need to:
– Sign and return the Letter of Offer and written agreement
– Pay the required initial deposit and any non-tuition fees specified in your offer (such as Overseas Student Health Cover, if arranged through ATCWA)
– Provide any additional documents requested during assessment
If you’re applying for a Student Visa (Subclass 500), your application will also need to satisfy the Genuine Student Requirement(https://atc.wa.edu.au/genuine-student-requirement/) as part of your visa process it’s worth reading that page alongside this one.
Once we’ve received your signed acceptance and payment, ATCWA will issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) through the Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS). Your CoE is the document you’ll need to lodge your student visa application through ImmiAccount on the Department of Home Affairs website.
Please check that the course and location details on your CoE match what’s listed on [CRICOS](http://cricos.education.gov.au/) before you apply for your visa.
