Practical training at commercial kitchens for hospitality students

The listed fees may change from time to time, all enrolled students will be informed of any change that may affect the current course fees.

  • Kitchen Tool Kit $350 AUD (Only for SIT30816 -CertificateIII in Commercial Cookery)
  • Uniform $150 AUD (Only for SIT30816 -CertificateIII in Commercial Cookery)
  • Administration Fee (non-refundable) $250 AUD
  • Overseas Student Health Cover(12 months cover): $514 AUD for single, $3,050 AUD for couple, and $5,280 AUD for family
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (if requested) $140 AUD – $240 AUD per unit
  • Re-assessment fee (theory) $80 AUD per assessment
  • Catch up fee $220 AUD
  • Submission of assessment fee after the due date $25 AUD
  • Re-enrolment fee – $140 AUD  per unit, per week
  • Learning Support Sessions (if requested):$65 AUD per hour
  • Re-print of any testamur: $50 AUD
  • Re-issue of Student ID Card: $10 AUD
